Known previously as INCON, we established ourselves in 1990 even before the Dubai Quality Group was launched to raise awareness on quality and business excellence practices. Over the years we have developed a prestigious reputation as one of the leading quality consultants in the UAE. Moreover, we have actively participated in the quality revolution that has taken place especially in quality certification within the UAE and the Middle East. Having a strategic alliance with Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) for nearly twenty years has ensured that our team is abreast with the trends and revisions to the standards, and is able to offer a wide range of consultancy, audit services, and training.

Atique is a highly-qualified specialist who trains, and coaches small and large organizations in the essential ‘success’ areas of business process improvement, team management and people engagement. He works closely with team members at every level of an organization to drive organic, strategic change and in turn, enhance profitability and efficiency.

Through tailor-made training programs to fit various organizational needs, and an approach sealed by unquestionable service, experience and integrity, Atique successfully empowers teams to do and be their best. Over 20 years’ experience in the implementation and maintenance of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems, Atique has served clients across various industries including construction, manufacturing, logistics and oilfield services, among others. Atique is a Certified Process Professional (CPP), a licensed EFQM trainer, a certified Green Belt in Lean Management and Six Sigma Techniques, to list a few of his key qualifications. He has also had the opportunity to officially serve as an Assessor for prominent excellence and quality awards including the DubaiQuality & Human Development Award, Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award, the Emiratization Award, the UAE Innovation Award, ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001, and more.

Atique now heads a Management Consultancy, where alongside a team of experienced business coaches and trainers, he paves excellence pathways for clients in process management, performance management, customer relationship management and other key areas that contribute to business growth. Atique is a strong believer in leading by example, and always exceeding expectations. His own success story is built on the successes of the people and organizations that he helps excel.
